• patient: i feel like shit. just put my diagnosis down as shit.
• me: can you be more specific, are you congested? or do you have a fever? sinuses? or maybe a sore throat?
• patient: ugh, yes.
• me: which?
• patient: i told you, it's all shitty.... and do i REALLY have to fill out all of these papers?
• me: yes. you do.
