awkward.

so in the past week i have run in to two of my ex boyfriends. being that i’ve been really friendly with both of them in the years after our relationships.. i was really weirded out by both reactions i got. 

one, literally made eye contact with me, pulled his hood up over his head, and immediately got up and actually ran in the other direction.

the other, came face to face with me and i smiled and said “heeey! how have you been?” and his response was “oh, uh, hey, uh, yeah, are you leaving? let me get the door for you!” and he ran to open the door so i could get out of the same building he was in.

i’m not sure if it is because i am a mom now… but that doesn’t change who i am really. i mean, sure i am more inclined to be a caretaker and perhaps be a little more patient and more likely to talk in high pitched happy voices. but really..
